Recommended by our Digital Champions:
Office 365 is a very useful platform that allows students to upload their video presentations to a dedicated, private channel for assessment. This is particularly useful for online students who might not have the opportunity to present on campus. Lecturers can create an individual channel for each module they teach and control the access/privacy settings. The only downfall is that some students do not like that others can see their presentations. I have been unable to find a way to disable this, but find that some peer learning is enabled by allowing them to watch each others presentations. This platform has saved me a lot of time, I don't have to download and save recordings of presentations anymore. In general my students use Screencastomatic to record themselves (webcam and screenshare simultaneously) and simply upload their recording to their dedicated channel.
